Star-Bot: A picture is worth a 1,000 words.
Our Star-Bots (computer-personalities) can have different video for each unique personality. The Star-Bot could be a Actor/Star, or a supporting actor depending on the question being asked. During interaction, the fan can talk (type if using Short Message Service "SMS") to the Star-Bot. The Star-Bot will seem to be a live web cam chat. At times the Star-Bot video could be paused in a natural manner. The Star-Bot would stop naturally as if listening to a question in a web cam type of video. This creates the illusion that the fan is really interacting and posing questions to the actual Actor/Stars. Every interaction will always be unique. The mood of the Star-Bot can be controlled and react to the Fans treatment of the Star-Bot, from pleased and helpful to annoyed.

• Only allow “Preferred” or paying fans to use.

• Charge manufacturers for Demographic product info and placement based on Age, location Gender etc.
• Banner ads based on chat the human is having with the Actor/Star.

• Laser targeting of other products or services is available to know what to recommend or push based on the actual chat the fan is having at the moment with the Star.

• Have Star-Bot promote a service, product, brand name etc with links to outside web sites.
• Surveys and or fill out what information the Actor/Star might want or need. I.e. "Did you see <NAME OF MOVIE> today? Did you like the ending?” This would be in a very natural chat with the Fan.

• Suggest products to them based on chat. “I love your sunglasses you wear.”
• Selling products or other services recommended by the Star-Bot to the customer:
For Example: Special “Workout equipment” male/female can be based on fans history and what they talk of. With our data collection and profiling being built minute by minute from the ongoing chat, Laser targeting of other products or services is now available to know what to recommend or push.

Always getting smarter
• It allows additions and changes on the fly.
• It saves logs for changes and data mining.
• It has the ability to alert a human operator to handle when Star-Bot does not know something. Later that information or logs can be woven into the Star-Bots database for the future.
• HELPERs cyber-personalities. Example: The Fan has been interacting with a Actor/Star. The Fan asks a question that the Actor/Star would NOT know. The Actor/Star could say. “Hold on <Fans name> Tom < Star-Bot > should answer that”. This would pass control over to that Supporting Actor expert in a very seamless way.

Technology
Each of our MCF database servers can presently handle up to 3,000 clients simultaneously per low cost retail computer. A single T-1 connection can allow 63,000 users at the same time. Our robust scaleable system can, if needed, be scaled up to serve simultaneously ten million (10,000,000) clients.
